Otsego Area Rowing (OAR) makes space available for members in good standing to store privately owned singles, doubles, and quads, seasonally. All members must follow the Otsego Land Trust (OLT) rules for the use of the Brookwood Point premises, including the parking regulations and posted hours that the park is open.
Outdoor storage is only available seasonally between May and November. All boats and other equipment must be removed at the close of the season, on a date as designated by OAR and OLT.
Seasonal private boat storage fees of $100 per boat are due and payable to OAR prior to delivery of equipment to the boat storage location. Once a private boat fee is paid, the equipment will be registered on the OAR Boat Sign out form with access information and rack location clearly specific.
