Private Boat Usage and Storage Policy

Otsego Area Rowing (OAR) makes space available for members in good standing to store privately owned singles, doubles, and quads, seasonally. All members must follow the Otsego Land Trust (OLT) rules for the use of the Brookwood Point premises, including the parking regulations and posted hours that the park is open.
Outdoor storage is only available seasonally between May and November. All boats and other equipment must be removed at the close of the season, on a date as designated by OAR and OLT.

Seasonal storage for a private shell is $100 on a first come, first serve basis. If you are a member in good standing and would like to store a boat on our racks at Brookwood, please complete the Membership form, Select Boat Storage, enter your information, pay and someone from OAR will be in touch!
